Your reading is prepared as soon as your payment succeeds. It opens inside the MilanYog app on the same device, where you can read every page and download it as a PDF. Chat credits and day passes are added to your account immediately after a successful payment.
There are no shipping or delivery charges of any kind. You pay only the price shown at checkout.
A reading usually finishes within a few minutes of payment. In rare cases of high load or a technical fault it may take longer. If your reading does not appear, do not pay again — message us on WhatsApp with your payment reference and we will deliver it or refund you as per our Refund Policy.
