No. Some traditions map the Darakaraka’s nakshatra to a starting syllable, but the correlation is weak and it fails often enough that it should not be sold as a prediction.
Broad type holds up reasonably. Exact features do not. If you want the part of this reading most likely to match reality, look at where you meet and their temperament — not the face.
No, and it is common. Most houses in most charts are empty. When the 7th is empty you read the sign on it and the placement of its lord instead — which is usually more informative anyway.
