This policy covers cancellations and refunds for readings, chat credits and packs sold by Funky Unicorn Enterprises on MilanYog.
A reading is computed from your birth details and written for your chart the moment you pay. Chat credits are added to your account the same second. There is no waiting period and nothing is shipped, so there is no window in which an order can be cancelled after payment.
Because the reading is generated for your chart alone and is read the instant it is delivered, it cannot be returned and is not refundable. The same applies to chat credits once they are added to your account, and to the Swayamvar Mahakundli pack once preparation has begun.
Please be sure before you pay. The free part of MilanYog is deliberately generous — the calculation, the first answer and a glimpse of the partner profile cost nothing, so you can judge the quality before any money changes hands.
We do not hand money back, but we do not leave work unfinished either. Tell us within 7 days of your purchase and we will fix any of these at no cost:
